Article 1 – General provisions
These rules determine the method of conducting the prize draw ” Family Mission” (hereafter referred to as the prize draw). The prize draw is organized and operated by FM agencija, d.o.o., Litostrojska 58C, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (from now on referred to as the organizer).
The rules of the prize draw are published publicly on the website www.familyfunfest.eu and are available to all participants in the prize draw at the location where the prize draw is held.
These terms and conditions set out the rights, obligations and conditions of participation in the prize draw.
All participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions by participating in this prize draw.
Article 2 – Purpose, place and duration of the prize draw
The purpose of the prize draw is to promote the festival Family Fun Fest (hereafter referred to as the festival) and to make the festival more fun. The festival and the prize draw are managed by the organizer.
Duration of the competition: The prize draw takes place on Friday 26.04.2024 between 19.00 and 22.00, Saturday 27.04.2024 from 9.00 to 14.00 and from 16.00 to 22.00 and on Sunday 28.04.2023 from 9.00 to 14.00.
Location of the prize draw: The prize draw takes place at the festival, which is held on the grounds of the Amarin Resort, Monsena 2, 52210, Rovinj, Croatia. The prize draw takes place in the territory of the Republic of Croatia. The prize draw takes place exclusively and only at the festival location.
Article 3 – Conditions of Participation
The prize draw is open to all citizens of the Member States of the European Union over the age of 18. If the winner is under 18 years of age, he/she must be represented by a person over 18 years of age who is legally and/or duly authorized to represent such minor (“Participants”).
Employees of FM agencija, d.o.o., or their immediate family members (including common-law partners) are not allowed to participate in the prize draw.
The organizer shall not be held liable for lost, incomplete or inadequate data or shipments.
Legal persons are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
Article 4 – Mode of Participation
Participation is open to all persons who comply with the rules of the prize draw and take part in a fun promotional activity.
The prize draw takes place within the framework of the festival, which includes various activities for individual family members and the family. The main goal of the prize draw is for festival participants to take part in as many different activities as possible.
To participate in the prize draw, a brochure with information, rules and an application form is available to all visitors.
The prize game is open to a group of participants, which must consist of at least one parent/guardian and at least one child between 3 and 14 years old.
The activities and workshops are divided into three separate sections, namely children’s, family and parent activities. For each set, a predetermined color of the stamp with the selected motif will apply, which will be different from the other two. The type of stamp that belongs to each group of activities is determined by the organizer. After completing the task, the participant of the activity in each section receives a stamp from the activity provider or staff from the organizer.
If the printed stamp is not the same as specified by the organizer, the brochure with the application form will be invalid and participation in the prize draw will not be possible.
In the brochure, participants will collect stamps by having to complete at least three tasks intended for children, three tasks for the whole family and two tasks for parents, which they will choose arbitrarily from the three-day program. Each participant or a family that collects all the required stamps and fills in the required personal information can participate in the prize draw.
Participant registration forms will be collected and kept in the dedicated space at the info point of the festival.
Article 5 – Winner selection and prize
The organizer will take into account all participants who fulfill the conditions set out in Articles 3 and 4 when announcing the winners.
The prize winners will be announced by the organizer at the end of the prize draw with the announcement of the results and publication on the official communication channels, on Tuesday, 30 April 2024 at 14.00. The announcement will be confirmed by a 3-member commission, consisting of two employees of the organizer’s company and one external employee. Winners will be announced publicly.
The winners will be drawn from a raffle drum on Tuesday, 30 April 2024 at 12.00. Each raffled entry form will be checked by a committee that will determine the validity of all collected stamps and whether the challenges were completed and recorded with a stamp in the booklet.
During the selection process itself, the jury will also determine the validity of the entries of the participants. If it turns out that the selected participant is not valid, the selection for the prize will be repeated for some time until a participant who meets the requirements of the prize is selected.
A record of the draw will be kept by the person in charge of the prize draw, including the date, time and place of the draw, the persons present, the process of the draw, and the winners selected. The record of the draw shall be signed by all the members of the jury, drawn up in a single copy and kept by the organizer.
The results of the selection shall be final and may not be appealed.
The prizes shall be awarded by the organizer under the conditions laid down in these rules.
Participants in the prize draw are aware of the possibility of winning a prize that may be subject to taxation under the Income Tax Act. The organizer of the prize game makes an advance payment of income tax from the prize, but the winners are responsible for paying their personal income tax. According to the second paragraph of Article 35 of the ZDavP-2, the winners must provide the organizer with accurate personal information in writing (name and surname, permanent address, date of birth, tax office, tax number) within 7 days of receiving notification of the prize (or within such other time limit as may be specified in the notification). Submitting the above information is a condition of accepting any prize valued at more than EUR 42 incl. VAT. The prize winners also agree and acknowledge that they may be placed in a higher income tax bracket upon receipt of the prize. In this case, they will bear all financial responsibility and consequences. The prize will be handed over by the organizer and the operator to each winner no later than 60 days after the end of the competition.

Article 6 – Prize notification and prize dispatch
The prize is not transferable to a third party. The prize is not redeemable for cash or any other prize, goods or services.
The winner will be contacted by the organizer via the email address info@familyfunfest.eu. The winner must reply to the email within 7 days, otherwise the prize will be forfeited. The participant who has received the prize is obliged to cooperate with the organizer. If any winner fails to act by his/her obligations to cooperate in this manner and this prevents the prize from being awarded on time, the organizer shall not be liable for this.
The organizer shall not be held liable for any errors in the personal data submitted (e.g. if an incorrect e-mail address is entered).
The organizer shall not be liable for any other technical problems and exclude the possibility of any compensation during the participation in the prize draw. The organizer shall not be liable for any technical or data entry errors that occur during the prize draw or for any other reasons beyond the control of the organizer and the operator.
The organizer reserves the right not to award prizes in the cases already mentioned and in cases where:
– there is doubt as to the identity of the data;
– the winner has not provided the correct personal data and tax number.
Article 7 – Announcement of the winners
The winner authorizes the publication of his/her name, surname and place of residence on the websites www.familyfunfest.eu and www.facebook.com/familyfunfest.eu or on related publications promoting this prize draw, for which he/she will not be entitled to any payment or compensation from the organizer or the operator.
Article 8 – Limitation of Liability
FM agencija d.o.o. shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury, however caused, which may befall entrants to this prize draw. However, nothing contained in these rules shall exclude or limit the organizer’s liability for personal injury or death resulting from proven negligence of employees, operators or agents.
FM agencija d.o.o. shall not be liable for any failure to perform this offer if such failure is due to circumstances of force majeure constituting an event (or events) which render the performance of this offer impossible or unsatisfactory and for which neither party shall be responsible.
FM agencija d.o.o. reserves the right to terminate, amend and/or modify this prize draw and to change the terms and conditions of this prize draw at any time without any liability whatsoever.
Article 9 – Protection of personal data
The organizer of the prize draw undertakes to use, store and protect the personal data obtained by the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 94/07 – official consolidated text) and other relevant legislation, and to use it solely to conduct the prize draw and analyse its progress. The personal data obtained will be kept by the prize draw organizer until the expiry of the legal retention period.
By accepting these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions, the participant acknowledges that:
- the personal data obtained will be processed until the purpose for which they were provided has been fulfilled, or until the participant requests cancellation (withdrawal) or communicates a request for deletion of the data. The participant may withdraw his/her consent to the processing of the data obtained at any time by submitting a written request to FM agencija d.o.o., Litostrojska cesta 58c, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia or by e-mail to info@futuristing.com. In this case, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent until its withdrawal. In the event of revocation, before the purpose for which the data was provided has been fulfilled, the participant will no longer have the right to participate in the prize draw;
- he/she has the right under the law to request from the company access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data and the right to object to the processing of personal data and to request the transfer of personal data. The aforementioned rights may be exercised by sending a request to FM agencija d.o.o., Litostrojska cesta 58c, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia;
- he/she can contact the Data Protection Officer of the organizer of the prize draw by e-mail: info@futuristing.com;
- he/she may complain to the supervisory authority (the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia) if he/she considers that the processing of personal data does not comply with the regulations;
- the personal data obtained may also be processed, within the scope of the purpose for which they were provided, by contractual partners with whom the organizer has concluded contracts on the processing of personal data and who can at the same time ensure an appropriately high level of protection of personal data;
- personal data will not be disclosed to third parties other than to those users who have a legal or contractual basis for doing so or who have a proven other legal basis for doing so;
- there may be automated decision-making, including profiling, in the processing of the personal data provided.
- Further information and complaints
The organizer or any other person involved in the prize draw shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the acceptance or use of a prize or arising out of prizes, which are expressly agreed to by the participants. The organizer is also not responsible for any damage that the participant may suffer due to logistical obstacles, technical problems or other errors.
In the event of circumstances beyond the organizer’s control (Force Majeure), the organizer may cancel the prize draw. The organizer must inform the participants about this via the www.familyfunfest.eu website. In such a case, the organizer is not liable to the participants for the damage. The organizer reserves the right to change the rules if technical, commercial or public reasons require so. The organizer will inform the participants about all changes and updates to the prize draw on the website www.facebook.com/familyfunfest.eu.
The decision of the organizer on all issues related to the prize draw or the application of these rules is final and applies to all participants.
The organizer is not liable for any damages caused by problems with the operation of the post office, loss of items, incorrect or illegible contact details or any other technical problems which may lead to errors in the prize draw.
Any errors in the operation and administration of the prize draw will be dealt with by the jury promptly and following good business practice. In the event of a serious breach of the rules of this prize draw, the prize draw jury may void all or part of the prize draw and reinstate the prize draw with appropriate corrections.
The organizer has the right to withdraw, amend or modify the rules of participation in the prize draw that it creates.

The terms and conditions of the prize draw are interpreted by Slovenian law.
Any disputes arising in connection with the prize draw will be settled amicably between the participants and the organizer; if this is not possible, the competent court in Ljubljana will have jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
